Three Options for Brunch

 Ard Bia Nimmos.

Offers Brunch all day Saturday and Sunday

With options from 5 euros, this small and great place by the Spanish Arch offers on the weekends good options like Home cured sea trout and wilted spinach with poached market eggs and herby hollandaise on potato cake.

Or the Hippy fry with poached eggs, roast mushroom, spinach, roast tomatoes, potato cake, spiced tomato relish and toast.

House Hotel (Lower Merchants Road)

All options are 7 euros, and, maybe more basic than the ones in Ard Bia, but still super tasty. Especially the Light and Fluffy homemade pancakes with blueberry maple butter and toasted pecans.

Outside the brunch menu, but ready for lunch time there are two sweet interesting options:

Rhubarb and Honey Parfait with Ginger Anglaise and Mojito Cheesecake  with Mango Coulis

Artisan Restaurant (Best restaurant in Galway & Connacht in 2012) Offers weekend brunch until 3 pm. Among others you can get:

Eggs Benedict, Streaky Bacon on a Toasted Muffin, topped with Poached Egg, and Hollandaise Sauce for 8 euros

Or the Irish fry with a twist. They call it Artisan Breakfast: Poached Egg, Bacon, Black & White Pudding, Tomato, Stout and Leek Sausage, Sauteed Mushrooms
