Driving Vintage

Sure you don’t have any vintage tractor or any old-style truck? Well think about it, and if you find any you can take it with you and head off to Tuam where the Shrule and District Vintage Show is taking place this weekend.

You might find it a bit odd, but the club have more than 50 members throughout the country since it was set up in 2008.

Vintage is not only clothes, shoes or forniture…and it can be a fascinating day out having a look to some vintage cars, trucks, tractors, machinery and stationary engines.

So let your prejudices at home thinking that this is just for professionals or even tough guys and have a trip out to Tuam between Galway and Mayo, you might like it more than you think!
